We have been very lucky to have lots of visitors to nursery this term to help us explore different areas of our learning. We have learnt about the emergency services with visits from a police officer with her noisy police car and a team of fire fighters with their exciting fire engine. Some children decided to make their own fire engines and put out lots of fires. Football coaches came from Saints in the community and taught us all some super footballing skills which we have really enjoyed continuing to practice in the nursery garden.

The children have been enjoying exploring the loose parts in the nursery garden and have been very creative in how to use them in different ways. 

We have also been having lots of fun developing our digital skills. The children have been learning how to take photos on the iPads and practising asking permission to take someone’s photo.  We have been developing our coding skills and have had opportunities to try communicating with a few different robotic devices.
